INTRODUCTION
The report is based on of work that determines by SWOT analysis through in regard to
own skills and competencies that helps in examining equipment and makes personal
development plan (Singh and et.al, 2021). Also, evaluate knowledge that is needed for being an
effective leader in industry. Furthermore, applies reflective framework for assessing nature that
learned from module. In order to make reflective approach for assessment of business in positive
manner by determining all stages in these that helps by improvising skills in an effective form.

In accordance to determine skills and competencies these factors help in for making
analysing assessment. That are explained below;
SWOT Analysis
Strength- It helps in determining strength of myself that helps in making to perform particular
task by power and implies strength. I communicate with my teachers effectively that is my core
strength that my confidence. Strength helps in by building confidence through analysis that
benefits in job interview and for promoting job. By using strength in effective manner helps in
making happier for achieving own goals and objectives.
Weakness- My weakness is that gets emotional through if anyone tells me anything that creates
problems also, because of weakness. But, it also helps in through converting my weakness into
strength by overcoming it in positive manner.
Opportunities- This derives from various aspects such as through educational classes, events
that takes place which derive opportunities. In order to get more success through advantages and
implementation of opportunities in prospective manner. I perform in various activities through
which I awarded different prize and get success in my subjects.
Threats- There are different threats that takes in my skills and competencies which creates
problems and issues in some aspects. Due to recent shortage of staff, face issue by not learned
and get knowledge and difficulties face in due to which not able to understand some topics.

circumstances. As this level helps in to determining situation and analyzing that what has
happened in it. That creates different questions in mind about each thing that when, what, why
people do this and what's are reason behind these. Some examples that question asked for
description are what are whole real facts about circumstance by descriptive these questions, for
getting description about assessment and many other questions also discussed that are based on
pure facts.
Feelings- The next stage of this is feeling, in which describe views and descriptive feelings about
telling that what feels in this and how influence on experiences. The purpose of this stage is to
determine feelings about module that in this strength, weakness, opportunity and threats that
explore through point of view (Salem, 2021). In order to do so asking different questions that
comes in mind regarding module and learning. It is main essential stage because through this
whole situation determined and emotions, views of people are get understand through this level
of Gibbs. That is build with purpose of identifying feelings about experienced in different
circumstances that creates in different situation.
Evaluation- In regard to module, evaluates positive and negative impact that creates in
environment because of different situations that seen and identify. As situation derive both
