Digital technology refers to the scientific knowledge and skills that deals with the
innovation and software use or computerized device (Digital technology, 2020). It includes all
type of electronic applications and tools that uses information in a form of different code. This
information given in binary code that is represent in 0 &1. Digital technology can be use in
various platforms such as individual, education and organisation. This device use in process and
digital information includes calculator, traffic light, auto mobiles, telephones and so on. It is a
combination of working processes, principles and standards applying in technology standards. It
helps everyone to enhance creativity level and innovation. This report is based on digital
technology. How it impact on individual and an organisation in creativity.

In today's era we can see that digital technology plays vital role in our daily lives. There
is a crucial need of digital technology in order to tackle individuals and organisations activities .

several parts. People uses digital technology in order to provide information and solve problems
and gathering information at working place. Now number of people uses this platform for keep in
touch with friends and family, checking bank balances, playing games, shopping and office
work. Now individuals can interact with each other anywhere no matter where others are, this is
possible with various apps such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc. it helps individuals for
sharpen their skills and support in education (Cottrell and Morris, 2012). In COVID era students
take online classes of their colleges and schools and through online platform they can learn
various external things to enhance their knowledge.
Online communication supporting our friends and family relationships that connects self
esteem and social connectedness. Even through digital technology we can connected with those
people who are living at abroad. Through this students can teach things at home via such devices
that are computer and mobile phones (Briken and et. al, 2017). Everyone can search anything
what they want to know by internet system such as google. Technological change makes impact
on all organisations activities. There is a need of new styles, types of managerial and social skills
for new type of decision making that will not be recommanded by already exist organisations. It
