INTRODUCTION
Entrepreneur is an individual which is responsible for developing an organization through
which it tend to perform business activities. Oscar technology is the chosen organization for the
analysis in this report. Oscar technology was being founded by the entrepreneur Jonathan Austin
which currently the CEO of the institute as well (Oscar technology, 2021). The company tend to
provide digital and technology recruitment based services to its customers. The organization was
being launched in the year 2001 and the process of growth is continuing ever since. Evaluation
on the nature of entrepreneur is done in this report; with that analysis on the current market
competition is also being done within the report.

The aim of the business plan is to implement different approaches within the
organizational working process by which company’s extension can be implemented, through
which high sales can be achieved.
About company
Oscar technology was being introduced in the year 2008, in which it tends to provide
technology based recruitment services to the customers (Oscar technology, 2021). The company
tends to provide services within the sector like technology, IT and digital sector. Therefore due
to which it is having its brand appearance at some of the most technologically advanced cities
like UK, US and Netherlands.
Nature of entrepreneur behind venture
Oscar technology tends to provide digital and technology recruitment services to clients
at various geographic locations. Oscar technology is an award winning technology recruitment
company which is having a wide range of employee, through which it is being able to implement
appropriate improvisation within its working process (Wapshott and Mallett, 2018). By which it
is being able to provide a personal experience to the customers, with which each clients is being
shown information, such that its specific requirements can be fulfilled. This is an effective
approach because since the in the present time of COVID-19 clients are not being able to travel
between locations. Therefore with the use of digital technology organizations can ensure that
customers are being empowered to remotely access the organizational services by which their
loyalty towards the organization is increased.
