LO11.1 Producing a profile of chosen small business enterpriseHays Travel is one of the popular small business enterprises of United Kingdom and operatingtheir services from the last thirty years. The main goal of Hays Travel is to provide the best andcomfortable services to their customer. In order to reach to the customers around the world HaysTravel uses the best way of marketing. The target of this enterprise is to increase their businessrange widely around the world. To provide the best service to the customers, they always adoptthe new ideas. In order to satisfy the customers, this enterprise creates the suitable environmentfor the customers. Hays Travel keeps the information about the customer's requirement. Thistravel and tourism enterprise appointed the managers who have experience in this field. HaysTravel mainly arranges adventurous tours and keeps all type safety equipment to use if anydangerous incidents occurred. This enterprise finds out so many objectives to fulfil in the future.The tour plans that arranged by Hays Travel are not only in the UK but also all over the world.The main goal of Hays Travel is to attract the customers from all over the world. In order toincrease their business this enterprise builds their office in the various countries. Hays Traveltrains their employees using the correct manner of training. Hays Travel trying to build up adevelop communication process. With the help of this process, they can communicate with thecustomers around the world and communicate with their team leader during the emergencyservice while in a tour (Haystravel.co.uk, 2016).Apart from this, there are some weaknesses in Hays Travel.
