Key Members of Management Team
In business, many staffs are working based on their duties and responsibilities. There are
key personnel’s or members position as per the manufacturing business as follows:
 The operational head is a head of operations who look after all policies, customer service,
proper implementing of solution regarding technology, services and manufacturing.
 An operations manager is a manager who comes under the operational head and is a
responsible leader for financial success. This manager handles internal work as well as
external relations.
 The office manager is a manager who serves the Human resource director, purchaser or
buyer, traffic police with the vendors and salesperson.
 The production manager is the person who involves in planning, controlling and
coordinating the manufacturing processes.
 Plant manager deals with the daily operation of manufacturing plant, organizing and
checking the services.
 The warehouse manager is responsible towards the storage of goods or product, receipt
and dispatch.
 Sales manager, deals with the marketing part of the business.
 Purchasing manager looks after all the purchase made and other managers are also
involved with this duty to work efficiently.
 Shipping manager is responsible for packaging, ordering, delivering through
transportation. Association of other members also included in this.
