The company is offering the services on the global platform that assist in maintaining the large customer base in the competitive market. One of the popular features of Snap-chat is that pictures and messages are available for the short time and this application also provide the platform to the people to share their pictures with their friends and relatives. The stories can be easily shared for 24 hours with friends and relatives. It can be stated that Snap-chat is the largest and famous organization that offer the services on the global platform. Through Snap-chat, people can make unique videos and those videos can be accessed by those people who are added in the list. Through this platform, it would be easy for the people to access the different videos of the people with attractive filters. With the help of Snap-chat applications it could be easy for the customers to chat or interact with their relatives and friends. The research states that there are 85 Million people who are using the services of the company (Vaterlaus et al., 2016).There are many other applications such as Vine, Instagram and YouTube that are offering the similar services but it is observed that there are various unique features that are provided to the customers and attracted more than 100 Million users towards the services offered by the company. One of the attractive features of the application is that users can design attractive content by using different images. Snap-chat has created products such as live stories and also the feature of Snap-chat Curators pick that helps to add the location of the picture of the particular picture (Spinda and Puckette, 2018). The large customers are attracted towards the services because the application provides privacy to the customers. But on the other hand the company is also criticized for the redesign that was made by the company in the overall working system of the application.
