Question 1
The main sector which can be related
to the failure of the project relating to IT
implementation can be stated to be in the
sector of the project being behind schedule
and was estimated to be running on 300%
over the budget. Another factor of failure
which can be related to the concept was that
the doctors and the nurse were not paid their
wages which had altered the overall
functionality which is related to the concept.
In the working of the project it was seen that
there is different casualty seen in the sector
the working of the organization. The main
sector of the impact was the resignation of
the different post of member such as the
minister of health, strike was imposed on the
sector of the loss of staff member and other
industrial related conflicts. The government
of Queensland embarked a sector of judicial
impact and enquiry in Australia which
would be directly examining the different
causes which is related to the failure of
system and how it resulted in the failure of
the operation of the Queensland Project in
Australia. The main sector of the emphasis
was the detection of the risk factor so that
there is no issue faced without the working
of the project in the near future.

The main concept which can be
related to the aspect of the failure of the
system was the system of payroll which was
linked to the organization. The different
types of activity which was majorly seen in
the sector was that the wages of the different
employee were not taken into consideration
and the wages which was calculated can be
stated to be on the wrong side. This sector
can be directly being included into the sector
of the relation between the different
employee and the organization (Hernantes,
Gallardo & Serrano, 2015). The main impact
which was seen in the sector was that the
project internal working was altered which
