INTRODUCTION Corporate social responsibility is the self-regulating business model which is help to company to be the socially accountable. This is more important and effective for the business are for small medium enterprises in UK. The importance of CSR as follows: ï‚·Attract, retain and motivate employee by engaging them in CSR activities. ï‚·This help to enhance brand and reputation at marketplace in effective manner. ï‚·This promotes customers and brand loyalty of business in effective manner. The triple bottom line approach has proven the successful tool in the business for developing medium businessto assist themin meetings social and environmental standardswithout compromising with their market competitors. Triple Bottom Line: Triple Bottom line theory is the best framework which is recommends that companies commits in order to focus on the social and environmental with higher profit margin in proper
manner. It had been also concluded that the Carroll CSR Pyramid had present the four respect is like Ethical, legal, economical and philanthropic aspects. That had completely guided to employees for effective work concept is in respective manner. This could be important for small medium enterprise to be work under social responsibility in respective manner.
