INTRODUCTIONSociology is most significant term that consist some significant perspectives likebiological, physiological, psychological, social factors etc. It is also recognised as the scientificstudy of an individual life, society, groups and the whole for analysis their behaviour in socialbeings (Mbiza, Kazembe and Simwaka, 2014). It is used as an empirical evidence to understandthe social factors that affects the life of individuals. In this context, research of sociology hasclearly determined that it is analysis of human society, culture and relationships on group level.Some factors have provided major influence the health and behaviours of individuals such associal, physical and metal health etc. Social factors implies with the age, sex, perception,thinking and behaviour of individual which affects its health and choices of making decision oftreatments.Age sex and constitutional factors are considered as major constraints which clearlydefines that individuals, social groups of different age, constitution, sex has differentperspectives towards health and also prefer different choices to maintain their health. People ofdifferent constitutions also have their own perspectives towards consumption of different thingsthat beneficial for there health. For example: usually observed that individuals of young age inmales are more addicted towards consumption of Alcohol, smoking which provides majorimpact on their health. Apart from this, individuals life style constraints also affects the health ofindividuals and social groups (Urry, 2012). These are considered as the prospects of action andeconomic situations that change an component of individuals actions which are stronglyassociated with the choice of individuals and the training over self indulgence (Burrell, G. andMorgan, 2017). In this, the main issues that usually provide impact includes diet, physicalactivities, tobacco, drugs in take and sexual activities (Ball, 2012). In order to maintain the healthof individuals there several attempts have been made which are focused on individuals and it isconsidered to be fairly approach of common sense.Social and community networks provides influence on the wellness is analysed for bothtime period and significant to analyse that the situations of living and working also provideimpact on health (Smelser and Swedberg, 2010). For example: Research was conducted on thefemales determined people having fewer earnings are more likely to be an addict of smoke andthat smoking was considered as solution to remove the problems of social exclusion and poverty.There are also some other constraints like stress, education, unemployment, accommodation1
