Inclusion
In terms of education, inclusion is the practice where individuals that are students

general classrooms. It is a context where special education program is built for individuals for
effectively pursuing special needs of students. Here, this consists of mixed experience for
making them successful by making social interactions that leads further (Pinantoan, 2013).
However, rejection of inclusion still provides special classrooms or schools usage for
separating students with and without disabilities that is to study together in mainstream.
Diversity
Diversity in an educational context is widely described as differences in terms of

individual (Segaren, 2019). It is best for students to work harder and achieve more in the
environment of multiculturalism.

value where diversity dimension attains opportunity to work out for best future. Thus,
inclusion is belongingness and it helps in promoting diversity for the success of schools
