This article discusses the use of mind mapping and analytical thinking processes for social media analytics. It also explores the importance of assessing one's own reasoning and the use of Kialo software for critical thinking in education.

a). A mind mapping is based on the approach to consider theme and thinking of new idea
about social media concept. By considering the key idea of social media, it can be established
a strong connection between them. In the context of analytical thinking process, it is
important to consider topic of social media and developing a goal (Bahadur and Franklin,
2021). A range from increasing revenue to understand the demand of social media analytical,
targeting large number of population. Whenever the use of social media analytics are
becoming effective way to enhance the capabilities.

By using mind map, it has been representing the analytical process of social media
and identify use in different level. Typically, Social media is one of the best option for
enterprise because it will be sharing or exchanging information from business perspective,
personal level. In some cases, it can be categorised the demand of social media in terms of
collaboration, user reviews, video sharing, business social, blogging and social bookmark.
These are considered the different kind of analytical processes which will be establishing a
strong connection between them.
In the context of selected topic such as social media, identifying the analytical
thinking process which is always supported to find the complex information in logical
manner. Generally, it involves different session and then categorised to establish a strong

relationships. Analytical thinking processes can be applied in the social media topic and
collecting relevant information or data. In case of social media, analytical thinking can be
used the fining the best possible solutions. If possible to consider the primary objective of
social media and thinking to analyse its benefits or advantages. On the basis of mind map, it
can be identified analytical thinking processes of social media.
b). One of the most critical aspect of thinking is to understand ability to assess own
reasoning. To perform a good assessment which requires that consistently take apart of
thinking, examine the particular quality standards (Doppelhofer and Todd, 2021). On the
basis of case scenario, it is focused on the demand of social media in marketplace but it
would require to use appropriate standards of thinking, reshaping or changing the situation on
the basis of demand.
Standards Situation
Clarity Clarity is defined the gateway standard. If in case, a statement is not
clear so that it is difficult to find accuracy. For example- During the
data sharing by using social media, it can be developed a proper
clarity on what are senders or receivers. This can help to maintain and
control a proper coordination between people.
Relevance A statement can be precise, clear and accurate and cannot represented
the issues or problem in particular questions. Something is relevant
when it is directly connected with certain issues (Franklin and
Bahadur, 2021).
For example- Social media platform is vast topic and needs to be
gained relevant data or information. So, relevance standards support to
acquire a proper information while gathering or collecting through
authenticate sources.
Logicalness A lot of information can be exchanged from one person to another but
it is completely illogical. So, logicalness standard helps to categorise
the large amount of information in logical manner. In further, one
person can utilise or manage accordingly.
Accuracy In this standards, it is clearly something in accurate manner. For
example – advertiser like social media keep a buyer from identifying
strength, weakness of items. Afterwards, it will be performed

promotional activities.
Depth Social media strategist will be conducting a depth analysis to
complexities in the data management. For example- Slogan was
introduced by social media and lack of depth analysis will create a
complex thinking approach. So, it could be precise to find relevancy
in the particular subject matter’s.

to help students work on the reasoning skills. This will help to gain more knowledge and then
applied actions on the certain areas (Halloush, Abdelrahman and Abu-Dalbouh, 2021). By
laying out how it can be created debate, allows people to take participation in debate session.
It may be offline or online. It is completely depending on the availability of argument
patterns.
The concept of argument needs to be represented and used by Kialo software. The notion of
argument has required a proper explanation and also creating unpleasant situation between
individuals.

based multi-layer argument. Typically, it should be considered the multiple assumptions
which are often as authentic level. If in case, it has been developed connection between
contention as well as premises but it is not clearly defined. The primary aspect of argument is
to make all essential connections between reasons, analysing the approach of primary as well
as secondary level. At certain point, there is no specific substitute for building a strong
student skills and also achieved the high competence (Halloush, Abdelrahman and Abu-
Dalbouh, 2021). Whenever, it has been reconstructing the complex or simple arguments. It is
always created a multi-layer argument which is naturally showing single agree point.
On the basis of analysis, it should be consider two main important elements of argument such
as conclusion and reason. For example- it helps to individuals read something statement and
finding the conclusion. But the important aspect to focus on the reason because it offered a
best support in terms of critical thinking.
