Introduction
Software configuration management is the discipline of
managing evolution of complex software systems.
It is the process to control and monitor change to work
products
The current problem facing SCM is the management
dynamism as well as the runtime change
Goal to use SCM is ensure integrity of software artifact
and make evolution to be more manageable.

Problem statement
The aim of the research is to help address issues related to
runtime change and integration of SCM with other of the
management areas and domain.
The problem encountered in SCM is managing dynamism
and runtime change (Iizuka, 2006).
The archetypal issue to address is on how to dynamically
as well as autonomously reconfigure, upgrade software to
minimize effects of fault.
The issue is very complex with much open issue.

Literature explanation and outcome
The purpose of this research is to find out the challenges
for Software Maintenance and Configuration
Management based on current architecture change (Leon,
2015). in the research it would answer the research
question
How to manage dynamism and runtime change and the
integration of SCM with other management areas and
domain
In this research it would utilize various empirical research
approaches.

The research would use secondary data research method
through use of articles, books and journals (Leon, 2015).
The research would look at past research done in the
similar field of study.
This study is relevant since it will help fill research gap
on the aspect of managing runtime change and integration
of SCM (Leon, 2015).

Assumption and limitation
There is assumption that research may rely heavily on the
research data which could be biased and limited (Fink et
al 2015) .
While reading the other authors research I would assume
certain aspect of study is true such as research design
(Tosic, Mennie and Pagurek, 2003).
There is assumption of honesty and truthful responses
observed in the research work.

Limitation
In finding the data is might be limited to omission of
crucial data.
There might be limited sources of data for similar
research paper (Bendix, Dattolo and Vitali, 2001).
The empirical research method might not be fully
effective in carrying out the research.
The instrument used such as time constraint could render
the finding not to be effective.
The usage of common test for the finding of data could
result to limited by reliability to the test.

Conclusion
To discuss on the issue of SCM
Challenges on the runtime change would be addressed
Integration of the SCM.
