you went about implementing your
project plan in your apprenticeship.
Introduction:
Implementation plan of a project is developed in order to prepare a plan for
integration of a system with an existing system in the organisation.
P1: Why create an implementation plan?
Implementation planning is the process that helps to determine about the project
success. Because with the implementation process, the project cannot meet the
strategic goals. Every project has the strategic goal and they are bound to meet that
target. To execute this process, implementation is necessary because it enhances
the efficiency of the project. In the implementation process, all the activities of the
project are clearly executed and makes the project as feasible. With the help of this
process, the strategic goals are converted into the strategic actions that helps to
reach to the target point.
P2: How did you implement your project plan?
There are six steps by which the project plan is implemented.
 Identification of the stakeholders
 Establishment and prioritize the project goals.
 Explanation of the key deliverables of the project.
 Generation of the project schedule.
 Identification of the issues and completion of the risk assessment.
 Presentation of the project plan to the stakeholders.
Conclusion:
Implementation plan helps the specific stakeholder to have a clear idea regarding
the integration of the new system with the old system.
