 The project A focuses on the DeGrandis private which is special for
sporting goods
 The main focus of this company is develop a new category sole with
cushioning technology.
 For this project, the company has utilized its allocated time frame but it
has exceeded the estimated project budget.
 The new range of products are satisfied by the customers and for that the
sale of this company has been increased.
 The company has gained the revenue of $5 million and also 5 out of 5
star according to the ratings.

Introduction
 For achieving this productivity, the project team of this company has chosen the
Chinese organization who has the responsibility of proper manufacturing as well
as supplying products.
 But the Chinese organization has been used child labour for supplying the
collection of shoes.
 But according of Degrandis’s code of conduct, the child labour is strictly
prohibited. So that the board of directors if this company has not provided the
permission for the supply agreement with the Chinese organization.

The company has been succeed in the field of their new products
(Chiu, Kim and Won 2018). For this project, the project team has
decided to make a supply agreement with the Chinese organization
for manufacturing as well as supplying. But this organization has
been used child labour and for that the directors of DeGrandis did
not provide permission for the agreement.

Recommendations
It has been recommend to the Chinese organization not to use
child labour to fulfil the industrial outcome (Fleming and
Koppelman 2016).

Project B - Introduction
 The main motive of DeGrandis is to make a tie up with Australian Olympic
Committee.
 The project has exceeds the allocated time frame.
 The Sales of this company has been increased by over $3 million (Gerke,
Chanavat and Benson-Rea 2014).
 There was happened a public scandal around the company’s reputation to pay
the bribes to AOC.
 It is strictly prohibited according to the code of conducts.

 But the company has provided a large amount of bribes to the AOC to achieve
success which is strictly prohibited by the code of conduct.

Recommendations
 It has been recommended not to provide any kind of bribes to achieve the
business outcomes.

Project C - Introduction
 The DeGrandis Company has a motive to introduce the product of Ladybird into its
company.
 The project has been executed within the budget as well as the allocated time frame.
 The quality of the products is not good comparing with the prior product line. So it does
not appreciated by the customers.
 For introducing the products of Ladybird, the sales of the company has been decreased
which helps to increase the customer dissatisfaction.

 The project has been completed within the budget as well as the timeframe.
 But this project did not achieve he satisfaction of the customers because it did
not reach the minimum range of product quality.
 For that, the sales of the company has been decreased which has affected in
the reputation of the company.

Recommendations
 It has been recommended that to make the minimum product
quality so that the customer satisfy to get this product which
tends to increase the business strategy.
