on both demand and supply of labour market of UK and outside it as well. Most of the employers are
identifying that all non-resident labour who are working into UK are leaving their job which is making to
reduce supply of labour.

affects mostly on Small and medium size business in UK and decrease their profit margin and

person and group of people. Communication skills involve efficient and effective transfer of
information (Fujimori and et.al., 2014). It is the simple activity of transferring details from one
person, place or team to another. Every communication act includes one sender, the recipient
and message. While working in any organization or company person need to learn and have
basic knowledge of communication skills which help to grow their professional and personal
career more and more towards success.
Importance of communication skills-
Communication skills is one of the best skills or person ability that helps to convey or pass any
important information to another person effectively. In businesses good communication skills
bring a lot of career opportunities which is beneficial for individual. Everything people do in
workplace outcomes from communication therefore, good writing, reading, listening and
speaking is important if project are going to be accomplish and objectives achieved. Effective
communication skills is essential for improvement and development of person in company. It
is the best thing which supports managers or other staff members to perform common
functions of management, organizing, planning, controlling and motivating. Good
communication skills defined policies and provide clear concept of work. It plays important
role in people life as development. It does not contribute to facilitate procedure of sharing and
transferring knowledge and information, but also support individual person to grow and

purpose: to express feelings, to influence, to inform, to imagine, to meet social expectations
etc.
Being capable to communicate perfectly with other people is one of the most effective life
skills, those people with good interpersonal skills are good non verbal and verbal
communicators (Kourkouta and Papathanasiou, 2014). Communication skills are used for many
purpose in workplace such as to share information which extent important, people used
communication to ask some question during taking interview in company.
Types of communication-
Verbal communication- It seems like most evident of various types of communication which
helps person a lot while they are working in organizations. It applies spoken words either
remotely or face to face. Verbal; communication is important to interactions with others, but
there are another non verbal words that support give additional context to speak itself.
Non verbal communication- Non verbal communication is one of the another type of
communication which also helps to interact with another person or group of people. It
provides insight into speaker's word select. Deception, complacency, genuineness occur with
non verbal communication.
Visual communication- sign, drawing, ppt, maps, as well as graphic design or colour include in
visual communication that help person to express feeling and thought.
