Use of specific skills, knowledge and techniques for the required activities in order to
meet the requirements of a project is known as Project Management. It includes planning,
organising and directing the resources of the company to move the assigned project towards
completion. It basically means doing one project at a time while managing the financial and
human resources of the firm. Engineering projects including some complex set of elements,
requiring to be done and assembled at time and in a proper order to develop the desired product
require good project management(Wang and et. al., 2021.).This report is made on a construction
project to develop the Spring well Gardens by Morgan Sindall Group in Yorkshire and North
East in Leeds. It will include the purpose and goals, a detailed overview of the project, Gantt
chart, risk assessment and analysis of stakeholders on order to identify the scathing path. At the
end the report will mention the research methodology to ascertain the satisfaction of stakeholders

Project Plan
Overview
Morgan Sindall Group has begun building the Spring Well Gardens which is a esteemed
project of Yorkshire and North East. The project is funded by Citylife, which is a developer
based in Leeds. It will set a new standard of the building to skyline increasing the residential
capacity of Leeds. In order to encourage the inclusive community people, the project is going to
make an excellent living experience for them(Jiang and et. al., 2021).Private roof terraces with a
good sky view, highly specified Juliette balconies, secured store cycles, private courtyards and
risk-free parking spaces will be build under this project. The location where this project is being
made is a prime location as it is very near to the railway station and it also has a close access to
the centre of the city with just 2 min of drive from M1, M66. A1.
Project Methodology- The team is using the Agile Methodology in this project to manage
it by dividing it into different phases. It will involve continuous collaboration with stakeholders
and constant improvements at every stage. After the commencement of the project the
management will take the first step by planning, executing, directing and evaluating the process.
For the stakeholders and the entire team, constant improvement is very essential. By regular
improvements, managers can easily and effectively manage the project. This methodology is
used by the firm because it is flexible, adaptable to change and has high level of consumer input.
Here are some of the many benefits of using this methodology –
High product quality- Testing is an intrinsic part of this methodology. So the
consumers will remain and feel involved in the developing process if the management
team uses this method. Consumers can also ask to change some things but that will
entirely depend on the market conditions. The process of this method is repetitive, so the
organising team will gradually learn and grow with time. The team will also improve
regularly.
Better control- This method is a great help for the executives too as they can have better
control on the project because of the transparency involved. Due to the quality control
features and feedback integration of the methodology, the company can have a better and
effective control over the project. By the phase of project implementation quality is
ensured and stakeholders are the part of the daily reporting of progress(.Komatsu and et.
al., 2020.).
Stakeholder Analysis
Stakeholders analysis is a very essential tool and is a crucial part of the stakeholder
management as it helps to identify stakeholders and their requirements. It helps identify the
primary stakeholders who are interested in queries about the project. Stakeholders who are
affected either in a positive or a negative way are the primary ones. Secondary are those people

people who are given contracts for the specific tasks of the project by the main
contractors. These people have low power over there because they are only hired for
