Staff development and training is an important topic for the development in the employees
working in an organization. Various opportunities have been provided to the employees for their
development on their skills and knowledge (Smith & Wong 2016). This development process help in
increasing their confidence and quality of work provided by employees of the company. Managers
and top level administrators are responsible for arranging training sessions for employees in an
organization. This paper will focus in changes faced in arranging training sessions for employees of
an organization and impact of the training session in the productivity of employees. Training helps in
providing a clear approach to the development of the company. The use of training and development
sessions for the employees provides motivation to employees for developing their work (Raymond,
Bawa & Dabari 2016). New entrants recruited in any organization require training sessions for
enhancing their skills and motivating then to work with other employees in a team. Human resources
have been most important assets of an organizations. Therefore, providing training and development
sessions to them helps in the growth of the company.

A qualitative study has been done using online journals, articles and books. Therefore, recent

Research question
The aim of the research to analysis e the benefits of the staff and development skills of
employees in an organization. Various challenges in the implementation of training sessions for both
old and new employees in the organizations will be discussed. The research question for the study is
what is the impact of the staff development and skills for an organization and what are the challenges
for the company to implement training sessions for old and new employees?

shaping the future of the company in the marmite. Training employees helps in gaining motivation for
them in order to work for efficiently in their field. Both new and old employees need to be trained in
order to increase work efficiency. The main objectives of training is to enhance qualities of employees
and trainees in order to work in team properly and increasing their production (Yap & Webber 2015).
The contents of training might be same, although it should be beneficial for employees to learn and
enhance their skills in the company.
