To guide the staffs are important for an organisation so that they
can perform their task as per the requirement of organisation and it
provide help to achieve the goals of corporation. To better understand
this concept Sport Love has been chosen which is an independent
London based sports & leisure centre.

Common barriers and challenges to
communication
To transfer the information communication is most important so that
relevant and effective information can be communicate to the
persons. It is necessary for an organisation to provide appropriate
information to all members of corporation so that employees can
perform their roles and duties as per the requirement of business.

 Psychological barrier and challenge

Strategies to overcome barriers to
communication
For an organisation it is important to improve communication so that
work can be accomplish as per the need of organisation. Sport
Love, can make various strategies which are helpful to overcome
barriers in communication and these strategies are describe as
below:
 Clarify ideas before communication
 Be aware of language, Tone, and content of message
 Ensure proper feedback

Insights into the ways in which culture
influences communication
Culture is the set of shared values, beliefs and attitude and all
companies have its own culture which is needed to be follow by the
employees. As there is a culture in Sport Love that flow of
information is top to bottom and head of department is responsible
to provide relevant information to the workers as per the culture of
organisation.

Conclusion
As from the above presentation, it has been concluded that it is the
responsibility of management to remove communication barriers
and challenges. To overcome the barriers in communication,
strategies are needed to be implemented so that organisational goal
can be accomplish. Culture is frame in that manner which does not
influence communication.
