Head office of Next Plc company is located in Enderby, England, UK and it is offering its services to different parts of the world. This report is based on research to determine the impact of lack of staff motivation as well as its influence on organisational performance. Limitations of the research –There are different limitations of this research that has negatively affected this research. Lack of funds is the major limitation of this research due to which investigator is not able to correctly and effectively conduct research practices. It is essential that researcher have right and appropriate funds so that different activities of the research could be successfully and effectively performed. Lack of funds lead to create major negative impact on the research process as due to this investigator is not able to use right resources for functioning of the research and it will lead to have major affect on research activities. Timescale –This can be describe as the proper time frame that is consider by researcher in order to correctly and effectively conduct research activities. In this researcher is using work breakdown method as well as Gantt chart (Al-Dalahmeh and Héder-Rima, 2021). Both of these are effective timescale method as this will help in correctly completing different activities of this researcher. Work breakdown structure helps in classifying large and complex project of the research in correct manner so that all project is divided into smaller parts.
