Reasons for choosing the project
The businesses in all over the world is very challenging as there are different
internal and external factors affect the growth of the businesses for the
corporate performance and growth in the activities. Therefore, it is important for
the company to work and analyse the use of challenging and competitive world
for the growth of the company. There are different factors which, can be used by
the company to make inputs and engage with the higher level of management
calls. The development of the organisation is basically helpful for analysing the
situation and use motivated workers to remain relevant and productive
organisation growth within the organisation (Ali and Anwar, 2021). When it
comes to the motivation, it is said that this technique need high level of efforts to
reach organisational goals for satisfying the individual need. A need to utilise the
effective and possible values are wanted to achieve growth, work as per the
foundation and use devoid the techniques for impossible and motivated workers
to perform the task in an effective manner. The main reason for choosing this
topic is that employee motivation is one of the significant factor for analysing the
challenge and make effective benefits for the success of individual and
organisational performance. With the help of effective motivational techniques
used in an organisation, the company will be able to achieve their effective and
talented employees and boost up their morale (Degbey and et.al., 2021). This is
the reason for choosing this topic and the BT Group Plc, has been choose for
completing this project. As the company is multinational British
telecommunication company that headquartered is in London, England. The
company is working on the large scale, with numerous employee at different
platform. So they are needed to analyse about effective motivational scheme
and use of talent management to retain talented employees within the
organisation.

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT
The study is related to the effective growth and sector to analyse the concepts
of BT Group Plc. A structured for the growth and make effective changes in
different concepts to analyse the motivational concepts on the growth of
retention. This topic of motivation is helpful for analysing systematic changes in
the major sector. The scope of the project is helpful for analysing marketing
growth due to talent management and achieve the targets for containing
effective practices and management in the BT Group Plc. These will be helpful
for generating sources and make motivational, retention and possible
challenges in the marketing sector and growth (Pandey, Singh and Pathak,
2021). It would be helpful for generalising the techniques and used possible
changes in the company. This study is helpful for analysing the future scope and
challenges in the company. Further, it will make a relationship with different
skills, sector and professional approach to gain different knowledge about talent
management. These statement and challenges are helpful for analysing
effective growth and make objectives in the research that were accomplished in
the selected time period. The need of the research is helpful for challenging and
make significant aspect in limited factors of motivation, affect the researcher
skills and improve motivational approaches in the chosen company.
LIMITATION OF THE PROJECT
The major issues for the encountered the research and used applied sources in
effective strategies. The project is related to need limited factors for the growth
in project for make an impact on quality, delivery and resources for the growth of
project. The limitation of the project is face by the researcher is related to
insufficient knowledge, make questionnaire, and design the appropriate
research methodology for consulting effective growth in future activities. Due to
covid-19, collection of primary data process is helpful for analysing systematic
changes in the concepts (Reksa, 2021).

and external factors. There are different devising strategies has been used to
make a previous research for the growth of fundamental challenges in the

2021). Talent management is one of the significant aspect for the use of
strategic changes in human resource management in the company for analysing
the human resource team work. Most of the companies use effective
motivational approaches for analysing the technique and theoretical boundaries
for the area and management in practical and debatable concepts for the growth
in addressing issues in the effective talent management practices.
