This research aims to analyze the impact of staff motivation schemes on employee retention in Waitrose. The study will evaluate the benefits of such motivation schemes for retention of employees in Waitrose. The research methodology includes the use of both primary and secondary research, with a sample size of 40 respondents who are employees of Waitrose. The research will use a questionnaire as a research tool and probability sampling strategy. The study will provide insights into the relation between staff motivation schemes and employee retention in Waitrose.
