Aim:
This research aim is to development of Understanding towards with how
motivation can useful control and reduce employee retaliation issues. So
evaluation of this topic study has power to develop information hat motivation
schemes of staff develop higher control on activities of employee retention issue.
Objectives:
To evaluate the concept of role of staff motivation schemes in organization
To identify staff motivations schemes benefits and important for control expansion
on retention issue.
To analyse theories, practices or strategies of staff motivation for business growth
in term of Mark and Spencer.
To recommend the strategies for staff performance management.

organization as an employee or organization management, so they can also
engage staff motivation approach for control development on employee retention
issue.

As per the view of Stuart and et.al., (2021) role of staff motivation schemes has
power to boost productivity or overall business culture and it influences
performance of employee with positive manner. Also, employee prefer to perform
task which has power to raise business growth with positive manner. Having this
approach in organization culture can definitely provide success because individual
feel positive towards with the performing tasks.
According to Yunus and et.al., (2020) control on retention issues is one of the
most essential term within business. And from the engagement of motivation
schemes like rewards, incentives, encourage, loyalty and many more aspect has
power to develop control retention issues within business activities.
Setiawan and et.al., (2021) established that Maslow's theory of motivation,
incentive theory, McClelland's need theory and many more theories has power to
develop motivation with very great manner so organization when faces this issue
they do have duty to involve these practices because almost every individual they
provide different ways and techniques for management of motivation in business
