INTRODUCTION RESEARCH AIM AND OBJECTIVES
According to Woods, Doherty and Stephens (2022), employee motivation is one of the concepts which is necessary
for the success of the organisation. In simpler words, it is the commitment shown by employees towards their
assigned roles and responsibilities in the company. Improving and maintaining staff motivation is necessary in the
workplace but it is not an easy task for the managers and leaders (Hamik, Mohamed and Sato, 2021). In a company,
there are multiple number of employees so identifying their needs and requirements are not an easy task. There are
several benefits of employee motivation which is experienced by the retail companies which are: more innovation,
higher productivity levels, lower level of absenteeism, decreased employee turnover and so on (Zharov, 2020).

method, investigator will depend upon deductive approach, positivism philosophy, survey strategy and probability
sampling. All these methods will facilitate researcher to gather and analyse numerical data. Under primary method,
investigator will focus over developing questionnaire (Rinjit, 2020). In this certain close-ended questions will be included
and which will assist researcher to have great quality insights. On the other hand, secondary information will be recorded
through books, journals, newspapers, articles, publications and many more (Rashid and Sipahi, 2021). Researcher will be
