Staff turnover is the measurement of number of employees who leave organization during
specific time period. This study is going to discuss impact of staff turnover on performance of
business (Costello and et.al., 2020). It will further discuss data collection and analysis methods
by which researcher can accomplish goals by collecting accurate data.

The aim of conducting this study is “To discuss impacts of staff turnover business issue
on performance of organisations” Study on Sainsbury’s.

Rationale
One of the main reasons of selecting this topic is to help out businesses in improving their
performance by decreasing staff turnover rate. It has wide scope and can be beneficial at both
commercial and academic level. This study will identify impacts of staff turnover on
organisation’s performance along with strategies that can help out companies in increasing staff
retention rate (Abolade, 2018).
