Executive Summary
Identifying the suitable stakeholders while conducting the project is vital, as the activities of
the stakeholders majorly affect graceful completion of the project. Like stakeholders, project
sponsors also plays vital role in the project management. Starting from deciding the project
scope to gathering funds for the project, the role of project sponsor is well-understood.
However, project managers are responsible for leading, managing and verifying the ongoing
project activity. This report will discuss about the stakeholder, project sponsor identification
for the vacuum cleaner manufacturing organization Woolong. In addition, the role of the
project manager and stakeholder in the particular project, along with the stakeholder
communication process will be emphasized here.
