Any organization needs a system to operate, where stakeholders plays a vital role. Stake holders

which are linked to that organization are the major part of the project. Their working and

interests in headspace center will be elaborated. The major concept of this project is to make a

system for mental health problems and create a system for patients to save their problems for the

first time it has been told. Stake holders in Headspace center are the essential part of this project.

Stake holders are the main source of an organization, an organization need resources and these

resources are stake holders. These are the pillars to build an organization or we can say that stake

holders play a vital role for any organization. It is necessary to divide the group of stake holders

into different parts according to their priority and importance. Stake holders has been divided

into different parts which is internal and external according to their interest and power. The

analysis
of grouping of stakeholder according to their importance, it is worth to divide them into
two groups which is primary and secondary. This leads to the conclusion that primary

stakeholders always take first priority and importance as compare to secondary stakeholders.

The interest of each stakeholder in the headspace center project –

Internal operations -

Administrator- Administrator performs a vital role in any organization. An
administrator is the uppermost as well as the most powerful person of an organization.

Administrator can terminate and hold all the stakeholders below them. This stakeholder is

the main pillar to all the stakeholders. The main interest of Administration is that it

handles all other stakeholders of health care organization.

CEO – This is the stakeholder, who is responsible for the important decisions for the
organizations as well as decision making. CEO is a main perspective to all the stake

holders which also responsible for the flow of work.

Manager – Manager is the stakeholder, who manages all the stakeholders below them
and control all the staff members, technical staff, account staff, employees, nurses. This

stakeholder is also responsible for the business flow to implement new ideas.

4.
General manager – This stake holder handles all the little work below the manager and
also control the staff members. Responsible for the training and introduction programs.

organization. Some investors do it for charity and some investors invest their money to

buy the shares of the organization. These are the stakeholders, who also plays a vital role

in the organization to setup large and effective technological machinery into the hospital.

Medicine suppliers – They are responsible to supply medicine, medicine related
utilities, new equipment etc.

Ambulance provider – These stakeholders provides the ambulance and vehicle support
system to the organization as per needs and requirements.

Government – Government is a kind of stakeholders who implement various rules and
regulations also maintain laws of health care system to protect the rights of the patients.

Insurance – Provide health insurance to the patients as well as to all the members and
stakeholders of the organization.
