INTRODUCTION
Project management is basically a process that involves organisation and planning of
resources in order to move a particular task, duty or an event towards closure (Al-Hunaiyyan,
Alhajri and Al-Sharhan, 2018). The following report is based on QAHE which is a private higher
education provider established in United Kingdom. Organisation wishes to enhance space that is
available for business students and require redevelopment of London campus. The report will
cover stakeholders analysis and work breakdown structure.
PROJECT 1
PART A
Project Initiation Document (PID) and Stakeholder analysis
Project Initiation document is one of the most important aspect of project management
and defines scope of the project, management as well as overall success criteria where a team
can go back to the project. It contains some general information regarding the project such as
scope, context, collaboration and team. It is created by project manger for acquiring set
outcomes. PID for the given proposal is designed here.

It consist of owners, employees, suppliers, students, alumni, sponsors and many others. They are
responsible for providing assistance for attaining goals and objectives in an effective way.

Work breakdown Structure
Work breakdown structure is mainly seen as the break down of all activities in sub parts.
The main motive of using this structure is to simplify project activities and make it easier for
project manager to execute project activities in rightful manner (Chali, Yonah and Kalegele,
2018). Usage of this structure ensures that project will be easily completed within the provided
time frame. Along with this, it also organises all activities in the rightful manner. With reference
to the present project, its respective project manager will make use of WBS in which various
activities are involved. All of them are stated as below:
