This not-for-profit health service unit started its operations in the year 2007, with a team of
multilingual female physicians focusing on the primary mission of delivering a holistic
health care solution and consultancies to the women population experiencing gender,
culture, and language barriers and are devoid of the facility of having a family doctor. They
envision delivering a committed, safe, comfortable and welcoming health facility unit to
the women patients of the Calgary region to address issues related to menstruation, fertility,
birth control and pregnancy care, family planning, endometrial biopsies and screening of
cervical cancers.
