Instructions:
Choose your own Health and Human Services organization OR choose CUPS (Calgary Urban Project Society) for this scenario
You are responsible for embedding the Core Story of Brain Development throughout all levels of your organization. You are the
Change Manager responsible for planning, executing and sustaining the change. Your first task is to complete a stakeholder
assessment to identify the key stakeholder groups that you will need to engage in this initiative.
Using the template below, you will:
1. Describe the organization you have chosen. Include an overview, their mission, vision, values and a description of their
primary clients.
2. Identify 3 (three) internal Stakeholder Groups and 1 (one) external Stakeholder Group. Assume TWO Stakeholder Groups
will be very resistant to the change. Fill in the information required for each Stakeholder Group.
3. Write a brief reflection (100 words) on why a Stakeholder Assessment is a useful tool to help do high quality change
management.

and thus improving quality of the life of the people (Cancer.ca., 2018).
The vision of Canadian Cancer Society pertains to the funding of research that can help in outsmarting cancer and they want to support the Canadians
who are suffering from cancer.
The values of Canadian Cancer Society revolves around advocacy of the public policies that can contribute in improving health of the Canadians.
The clients of Canadian Cancer Society are Curves which is a weight loss facility that helps in providing nutritional information to the women and
