Introduction
Stakeholders are those people or entity who are either directly or indirectly connected to
an organization. It is important for an enterprise to ensure that company's policies and
strategies support needs and demands of their stakeholders. Following presentation will

Stakeholder refers to the an individual or group of persons who can either affect or being
affected by the plans or policies formulated by a company. Hence. stakeholders have a power
to influence the operations performed by organisations.
