Any firm must ensure that they are able to look out for the
stakeholders present.

The users are an integral part of the overall operations of the firm.

Out of the various strategic options which have been discussed, the
best strategic option which can be adopted by the firm can be
stated to be as follows:
Improving the privacy regulations
The privacy forms an integral part of the user and hence, Facebook
must ensure that it is successfully being able to look out for the
different privacy aspects so as to ensure success (Facebook, 2019).

Defensive Stakeholder: strategic
options
The defensive stakeholders can be stated to be the Competitors.
The competitors of the business are the other parties who also
function as a social media networking site. The various options
available for Facebook to deal with these competitors are as follows:
To improve the interface
To provide the users with better content (Cho, Furey &Mohr,2017)
To improve the privacy and safety regulations

Out of the given options, the option which would be best suited for
the organization can be taken to be:
Improving privacy and safety regulations
Although there exists a presence of a large number of websites and
online portals similar to that of Facebook, it has to be understood that,
the operations of Facebook need to be better than them. Hence, if
Facebook is successfully able to improve the operations, then it will
successfully be able to engage in large number of users (Haigh &
Wigley, 2015).
