which is used by different companies in
order to identify the different
stakeholder and analyse and evaluate
the needs and expectations of the
stakeholders.

These stakeholders are a type of stakeholders who
have high cooperative and high threatening
abilities which influences the outcome for a
particular situation. The swing stakeholders are
customers.
These types of stakeholder scan either help the
organization or hinders the working of the
company (Novikov, 2018).

The major recommendation for

Facebook that is the consumers
is that they must be participative
in the change of rules program

Defensive Stakeholder: strategic options
The defensive stakeholders of Facebook are its employees who works for
Facebook.
These are the stakeholders which helps the company in taking measures for
accomplishing and assisting the company in achieving its objectives and goals.
The strategic program for the defensive stakeholders is to hold and sustain all the
standard and the quality which the company have and which is distinct from its
competitors.

some meeting of the shareholder.
This helps the company in managing business practices with reference to belief
and values of these stakeholders like employees.
The strategy will assist in creating enhanced value to the shareholders.

Offensive Stakeholder: strategic options
The offensive stakeholders of Facebook are the government. These are a type of
stakeholders which helps the company in achieving the objectives by way of
complying with some rules and regulations.
This helps the company in gaining a competitive position by taking away the
market share from the competitors. It is because of the reason that the government
interferes to a great extent.
