Executive summary
This report aims in highlighting the importance of stakeholders in a particular project.
This project evaluates the impact of various stakeholders involved in the project. Evaluating the
case study of CHD, it has been analyzed if the proposed plan for communication is realistic or
not. This report also compares the present communication plan with practices of sound project
management. A recommendation has also been provided for improving the communication plan.
