by providing the best quality for their satisfaction. They face challenges, find new ideas and
give their best performance for the best results.
This report tells about the Starbucks supply chain for reducing production costs,
increasing profitability and maintaining relationships, providing the highest quality of coffee
with the high price make them lose their customers so they try to improve and overcome from
that problem. This company is run with two directional plans where one is to help the
company to grow and other is to build a world-class supply. Starbucks is the ‘third place’ for
