INTRODUCTION
Leadership is considered as the procedures of social influences, that enhances the potential
of others, towards the attainment of objectives. Moreover, this is art of art of encouraging a
group of individuals for acting towards attaining common objectives. It grabs the vital of being
capable as well as developed to motivate others (Baquero and et. al., 2020). The effective
leadership is depends upon ideas, both borrowed as well as original which are appropriately
communicated to others in such manner which involves them enough for acting as leaders desire
them to act. The Topics which are going to be considered in this report are concept and
application of authentic leadership model motivating other for following leader. Apart from this,
assess and describe the role of authentic and transformational leadership are also discussed in
this report.

1.Evaluate the concept and application of the authentic leadership model for encouraging others
to follow a leader
Authentic leadership is considered as leadership approach wherein person act into real and
sincere way by being true to themselves. Moreover, these leadership styles are considered to be
effectual in terms of encouraging the loyalty as well as truth within followers that results in
efficacious performance of workers. Along with this, it is also being believed that leaders that are
authentic bring effectual long standing ideas which are being documented as part of modern
leadership (Blake, 2020). Moreover, the authentic leadership is rather new theory, yet key ideas
of leadership model may be tracked back to Ancient Greece. Additionally, the core ideas of
authentic leadership have developed as well as academics are regularly researching the theory as
well as their validity further. Respective theory emphasis upon the legitimacy of leaders as well
as how it may be strengthened by honest relations with subordinates. Along with this, it value
perceptions as well as have stronger ethical foundation just as authenticity concepts has
undertaken throughout history. Also, respective theory may be observed by three different ideas
such as:
Intrapersonal definition: Within respective model, the leaders as well as its
characteristics are regarding nurturing interior qualities of themselves.
