INTRODUCTION
Steve Jobs was born in town of the San Francisco during February 1995. In 1976, later he was
adopted by the Clara and Paul jobs. Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak had expended their business a
and start to design the computers under a business name that is Apple Computer. He was deeply
interested in electronics. It is analyzed that Steve Jobs has adopted the autocratic leadership style.
His creative awareness and eye for detail was clearly a driving forces in the success of Apple. He
did not believe in excuses leadership form (Mohd and et. al., 2022). Steve Jobs is considered as a
anomaly in the management. His leadership style was admired or criticized, but not replicated.
Steve Jobs has achieved many success in his life as he transform the Apple into world leader in the
telecommunication. He is most visionary leader. His innovative capabilities made him most
successful as he innovate the impossible things which are beyond the imaginations. He work with
full of confidence as when employees said that it is impossible to do anything, then he replied that
“you can do this.” he understand the customer's needs and imagine unbelievably to execute his
plan into reality.
Steve Jobs has demonstrated best in the transformational leadership as he work with this theory
and implement the principles related to this theory. According to him this theory, encourage a
passion among employees to produce something innovative as enhance the professions
development. It is analyzed that people remembered Steve Jobs as a leader per se, and they
ascribed mainly three attributes to him which are commonly associated with the transformational
leader; visionary, creative and passionate (Pattnaik, 2022).
It has been analyses that Steve Jobs make various mistake in his life due to which Apple suffered.
He failed in train the employees due to which employees could not got the right things. He take
various bad decision for instance by brought John Sculley within Apple he made such a bad
decision. He did not take feedback from his employees and also did not covey their vision
properly due to which he faced failure. He avoid to consult with other team members as he take all
decision himself. As Steve Jobs does not believe in clarifying the goals due to which his members
could perform properly. Steve Jobs mainly emphasized on the impossible things as he wanted to
offer an unexpected product.
By the success and failure of Steve Jobs, today's business can learn many lesson that will help
them in getting success (Scuotto and et. al., 2022). Steve Jobs said that nothing is impossible.
According to him business should bring a constant innovation and provide unique product or
