restaurant, lounge, bed and breakfast, shopping centres and dessert saloon. It is located on the
east side of the Loch Lomond on the West Highland Walk in the heart of Balmaha. A 500
years old tree, which is still adorned on the grounds, was named for the respective company.
The restaurant serves very well-known Scottish cuisine and is awarded a high quality product
and service to its clients (Edensor and et. al., 2020).

micro and macro environment
Taking into account numerous shifts and uncertainties in the company's market
climate, which makes it impossible to execute their respective strategies to achieve the
