Strategic human resource management is concerned with connecting the firm’s goals as
well as firm’s human resource. It is considered as a future oriented approach through which
Human resource makes a direct influence on the firm’s growth (Bhattacharyya, 2018). The
human resource management’s objective in order to innovative as well as gets a competitive
benefit. Present Report is to describe several stages as well as approaches that are newly
internationalizing firms takes in order to train as well as prepare groups of workers so that work
within abroad locations on a tasks or project. It also discuss on several challenges that workers
faces when they are working overseas as well as focuses on several ways of HR practices and
management that aids them within such challenges

Mention below are several strategies as well as approaches that a new international firms
takes in order to train their workers.
Culture simulation- It is considered as an approach regarding training where workers will be
role playing within some situation as well as practiced on several situation that are cultural
sensitive. Within this there are several activities that can be undertaken through employer that
train the workers for example building value ranking charts, self awareness, simulation games.
Within this type role play also aids the workers to accept culture as well as aids them to adapt the
host culture (Sowa, 2020).
Orientation- It is considered as most basic strategy regarding training that gives workers with
basic information to the workers about employer, workplace, organization and many more. It
