management in assisting an organization to achieve its objectives.

management
The need for strategic human resource management in medium term and long
term of business is mentioned below as:
It helps a business enterprise in achievement of its middle and long term
objectives in a desired manner. In SHRM Effective plans are developed to deal
with challenges related to performance and overall effectiveness of an
organization.
Strategic human resource management focuses on issues related to human
resources in an organization and also supports in overcoming the same. This
includes employee motivation, retention, performance appraisal etc.
