INTRODUCTION Strategic human resource management isthe practices ofrewarding, processingand retaining workers for he benefits of both the workers as individualist and the companyas a whole. This report will cover case study of Fly-Dubaiwhich was found in 2008 by the government of Dubai and this company launch their first flight in 2009. This report will analyze SHRM report on the Fly-Dubai on the basis of report Article given on the GCC resign. Another assignment will include the polices and proper process of the HR and it will briefly explain imp- act of Organizational culture on the HRM. In the end of this report will study about the Syngenta company and cover organizational structure and effectiveness of HRM. ASSESSMENT - 1 1) Importance of SHRM in company This is process within theFly-Dubai companywhich concern with issues, recruitment and give direction tothe workerswho are working in theFly-Dubaiworkplace. HRM of this company deals with the issues which are related the performance management , compensation , shifty, benefits and most importantly employees motivation, so they can make achieve objective of the business make business of theFly-Dubai more successful. SHRM is important for the company because they make and provide strong workforce to the company (Ahammad., 2017). Here are following function of the SHRM - Recruitment– SHRM helps to bring talent in the workplace through their recruitment technique which make company more effective, and they can increase their growth in the market.They providetalented employees to theFly-Dubai which make activates in the workplace more batter, and they can provide better facilities to passengers who are traveling through Fly-Dubai. Make polices for employees– HR department of the Fly-Dubai make polices for the employees related to their shifty , securities and benefits etc. so they can provide the rights of the employees who are working in the company and employees can work without fear. Motivate employees– HRM of the company motivate employees through rewardsand benefits which motivate them, and they give their best toward the task and achieve their task goals. This is important for the every organization to motivate their employees because if they are motivated than it will help organization to be successful.

B) Recruitment is the process in which HR manager of the company decide employees who can work in the company and makeFly-Dubai companytop in the GCC resign (Dirican and Akkiprik., 2017). Here are some factors affect this all - Job arability–job availability is the factor which affect the Hr planing in theFly-Dubai. Hr teams of the organization have to recruit new workers in the organization whocan fit in the particular job which is available in the workplace (Imperatori., 2017). After the recruitment they have to provide training to them, so they can develop skills and understand their task in the company. Expansion– this is ano9ther factor in which company need new employees for their new branch. Hr team of the company is responsible top recruit new employees in theFly-Dubai company. Substations like global expansion for theFly-Dubai company need new employees which task is only performed by the HR team Leadership development -Fly-Dubai also need Good HR team to develop leadership quality in their employees, so they can be successful.

To identify requirement of the employees they will have to ask every department spepratly which will take time, and they will not able to provide employees on time (Tooranloo, Azadi and Sayyahpoor., 2017). It will also affect on the polices of the company because Complex structure can createcommunication barrier for the employees they will not able to tell their problems to the HR related to their salary of conflicts in the workplace. It will affect on their polices because they will not able to make new polices and practiceswhichcanprovidebetterandeffectivefacilityandrightstotheemployees. Organizational structure have vast effect on the Hr management of the Sybgenta because it will create groups for each project of the company so company can be more effective, and they can do their task in better way. 2) Effectiveness of the human resource management in companies Effectiveness of the Human resource management can be gain by improving their organizational structurelike Sybgenta company did in their workplace will improve their Human resource management.It is essential for the firms toapply simple structure in their company, so they can increase effective communication in the company's workplace.Simple structure will also help HR department to reach every corner of the company and find in which department jobs are available (Ropret and et.al., 2017). According to the jobs available in the company they can recruit new workers who have sufficient knowledge and abilityto work in the company. They can also implement Hr practices In the workplace so employees can take advantages of those practices and work effectively in the company's workplace. Simple structure will enable them to provide train9ing to the employees together, so they can save their time and money both. In the complex structure they have to give tanning in the different different parts of the company which takes time and need more money but simple structure will make it easy for the Hr departments of the company. HR department can run communication practices like group task in which they will make separate groups which will enable employees to understand each otherand communicate with each other. They will also get experience from the employees who are working in the company from long time. This will increase their ability in the task.This is the ways company can improve their human resource management and achieve their goals and objectives in the market. This enables them to create trust among the employees and their employees will be motivated all the time and give their best in the task to make it more better and on time. So companies should look for implementing simple structure in their company.
