INTRODUCTION
Strategic human resource management is the practices of rewarding, processing and
retaining workers for he benefits of both the workers as individualist and the company as a
whole. As a result the goals of a human resource department shows and assist the objectives of
the rest of the rest of the company.
This report will cover case study of Fly-Dubai which was found in 2008 by the
government of Dubai and this company launch their first flight in 2009. This report will analyze
SHRM report on the Fly-Dubai on the basis of report Article given on the GCC resign. Another
assignment will include the polices and proper process of the HR and it will briefly explain imp-
act of Organizational culture on the HRM. In the end of this report will study about the Syngenta
company and cover organizational structure and effectiveness of HRM.
ASSESSMENT - 1
1) Importance of SHRM in company
This is process within the Fly-Dubai company which concern with issues, recruitment
and give direction to the workers who are working in the Fly-Dubai workplace. HRM of this
company deals with the issues which are related the performance management , compensation ,
shifty, benefits and most importantly employees motivation, so they can make achieve objective
of the business make business of the Fly-Dubai more successful. SHRM is important for the
company because they make and provide strong workforce to the company (Ahammad., 2017).
Here are following function of the SHRM -
Recruitment – SHRM helps to bring talent in the workplace through their recruitment technique
which make company more effective, and they can increase their growth in the market. They
provide talented employees to the Fly-Dubai which make activates in the workplace more
batter, and they can provide better facilities to passengers who are traveling through Fly-Dubai.
Make polices for employees – HR department of the Fly-Dubai make polices for the employees
related to their shifty , securities and benefits etc. so they can provide the rights of the employees
who are working in the company and employees can work without fear.
Motivate employees – HRM of the company motivate employees through rewards and benefits
which motivate them, and they give their best toward the task and achieve their task goals. This
is important for the every organization to motivate their employees because if they are motivated
than it will help organization to be successful.

Employees engagement – HRM of the Fly-Dubai engage employees through practices for
example – HRM of the Fly-Dubai implement group practices in their workplace which allow
employees to understand each other and Fly-Dubai is international company so employees come
from the different companies, so they get chance to understand each other's culture.
2 ) Acknowledgement of finding correct model to contain and manage human capital resource
A)
Goals and objectives of the Fly-Dubai
Fly-Dubai goals is to provide the best possible services to the people who are traveling
with them (Blom and et.al., 2019). Their main goals is to earn profitability and achieve growth in
the GCC Resigns, so they can become the best airline company in whole GCC resign.
HR procedure of the Fly-Dubai
Hr department of the company recruit the workers who have talent to perform their task
in the airline organization. People who apply in the company have to give different interviews
and test to become a member of the Fly-Dubai company. They prefer to bring the best talent
which are present in the GCC region. They also treat their employees well and provide rewards
and promotion to the employees who are doing well in their job. Each and every employee have
equal chance to take promotion so their employees are motivated and give their best to achieve
goals and objectives set by the company. HR of the Fly-Dubai have managed employees by
providing them proper training and development.
B)
Recruitment is the process in which HR manager of the company decide employees who
can work in the company and make Fly-Dubai company top in the GCC resign (Dirican and
Akkiprik., 2017). According to the Article GCC resign have enough talented people who are
well graduate and looking for the employment, but they are not getting better jobs, Fly-Dubai
should look to recruit people from the GCC region, so they can save their money by recruiting
employees from the other counties. They have skills which can make this company more
effective, and they can achieve their goals and objectives. It is important for the Fly-Dubai
company to give preference to the talent from GCC region rather than recruiting employees
from the other country. People also have done their education in the reputed universities, so they
have enough knowledge and experience, so they can help Fly-Dubai company to achieve their
