INTRODUCTION
Human resource management is very important part of every company including the newly
established international organization. With the help of HRM, companies bring and implement
changes and policies among the employees. HRM adopts various policies or practices in dealing
with the employees and direct the employees for goal achievement of the company. However,
initially every company face challenges in terms of resistance by employees or new business
environment but with the help of HRM company can easily deal and met the challenges. This
project will highlight the different strategies adopted by new companies to deal with their
employees along with the challenges faced by the companies and how HRM dealt with those
challenges.
MAIN BODY
Different HRM approaches or policies used by newly international organization regarding the
employees
Whenever an organization prepare to expand its business or starts its business at international
level then it has to first consider the market in which it is going to start its business which
includes the analysing of social, political, economic, factors according to which it has to plan and
adopt the most appropriate or best strategies to train the employees or prepare the employees to
work abroad. There are various approaches or policies which new international organization can
take in order to prepare and train their employees so that they become ready to sustain and work
in the abroad location of the company. Out of those strategies and policies some are:
Standard approach covering all topics:
This is one of the basic and important strategy or policy which new international
organization can adopt which means the organization should follow standard method covering all
the concept or general concepts of work to train the employees. Also, it should adopt the
standard way or mode of training to train the employees which may be any mode like digital
mode which means online mode of training (Paauwe and Farndale, 2017). And by that standard
mode it provides training to all its employees working anywhere so that, the cost of training will
also reduce and the profits of the company will also raise.
