help in bringing improvement within overall business performance is known as strategic human
resource management. It is a future oriented process for developing and implementing HR
programs as it can help them in resolving business problems in a proper manner (Delery and
Roumpi, 2017). Today strategic human resource management is an important factor which is
required to be focused upon by organisations that can help them in dealing within difficult
situations and different kinds of business problems. This assignment will lay emphasis upon case
study of Alpha which is a private limited company that was established in India in 1987 listed in
both in India and New York Stock Exchange. This assignment will focus upon functional aspects
of strategic human resource management applicable to the employees of Alpha, and strategic
human resource policies that must be adapted to suit different situations.

Human resource management of the Alpha aspect to manage the employees within the
workplace and trey are responsible to make companies employees more effective and
efficient. HR deportment of the company plays various function that help Alpha to become
more productive and make their workforce more strong. Here are functions and Aspect of the
Human resource management of the Alpha (Farouk, and Al-Nahyan, 2016) .
Reward strategy- It is a function of HRM in which they need to develop and implement reward
management system. Here, they need to identify that on basis or criteria reward will be give to
employees. Besides that, it focuses on practices to motivate and support staff in attaining Alpha
goals. In addition, policies related to reward is formed as well in it. Hence, Alpha HR should
ensure and develop reward strategy in order to motivate staff.
Managing employee relationship- This function of HR is related to managing of relation between
employee and employers. The HR ensure that there is effective communication between
