INTRODUCTION

a firm which is established in the Glasgow city of the UK and its operational since a pretty long
time and thus has managed to capture a larger share in the industry because of this as it deals in
providing different services like flights and scheduling, railway and ferry bookings, reservations
of hotels, hiring of various cars, travel arrangements and management. In this report there is a
