Executive Summary:
The study discusses regarding a specific organization named as Community Vision. The
study provides a detailed assessment regarding the environment of the labour and
employment market of Australia. Along with that, the study analyses the labour demands that
the company is expected to face in recent years and also evaluates the supply of the
employees available in the market. From the study, it is understandable that the employees
available in the Australian market are apt considering the location of the organization and the
services that the organization offers to their customers. In addition to this, the study identifies
some of challenges that the company is expected to face in managing their future

Introduction:
The importance of the strategic workforce planning is pretty prominent amongst the
companies working in the today’s world of business. As the sustainability of the business
actions of the companies is largely dependent on the efficient planning of the workforces, the
necessity faced by the modern managers in formulating their workforces in a professional
manner is observed to be notably high (De Bruecker et al. 2015). The study includes a
detailed scanning of the labour and employment market of Australia and at the same time, the
study analyses the demands and supply of the labour in the mentioned nation. The study is
based on a specific organization of Australia named as Community Vision. The study
provides a brief overview of the organization and the activities that it conducts. With a
precise consideration to the business action of the selected company, the study analyses the
current and future challenges that the organization is subjected to, in relation to the workforce
of the organization.
Background of the Organization:
Community Vision is developed with a unique idea which is to provide the desired
support to each and every individual when they are experiencing vulnerable situations. The
organization believes that it is their responsibility to assist the general people in leading their
life in a table manner. The vision statement of the organization is pretty significant in stating
the urge of the company in developing a more connected and stronger community in
Australia. At the same time, the mission statement of the company is accurate in taking pride
of being the most trust service providers for the people of Australia (Communityvision.asn.au
2020). At the same time, the mission statement of the company highlights their urge in
improving the lives of the people and in becoming a benchmark organization in the field of
community services.
