The company works with approx 150 subsidiaries in the market to attract more clients. The multinational organizational structure helps Telstra to cope with rivalries in Australia. This organizational structure has also helped the company to uplift its productivity and outcomes in the competitive business environment along with gaining competitive benefits globally (Telstra, 2018).
