STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP IN HEALTHCARE4 the company is simply yet highly challenging (Fong, Otterstatter, Taylor and Galanis, 2017). They have expanded their focus to involve all the communicable disease and to provide practical help to state health department when requested. It enhances the health security of the nation as they protect the individuals from threat of health. To accomplish their mission, the company conducts the critical science as well as provides the heath information that protects the nation against the expensive as well as dangerous health disease with great respond when they arise. The center, offices as well as institute of the CDC allow the agency to be more responsive as well as effective when they are dealing with health concern related to the public. He company is visionary public health leader with great hopes foe such small to expand such business at greater level (Huang et al., 2018). Leadership Theories and styles in Healthcare There are certain theoretical leadership tactics that can be pragmatic within the company. However, not all features fit in flawlessly into the company as well as thus some adaption may be required. The theories are explained in below points: Transformational Leadership It is one of the widely advocated methods for that are used by company. It is one of the modern leadership approached that are majorly apprehensive with in what way an individual that effects other in a cluster to attain a mutual goal (Nawaz and Khan, 2016). The transformational leaders pursue to achieve better purists within a company by stirring other associates as well as of the set to segment their apparition for the company. Transformational leaders inspire as well as increase the ethics of their factions as well as assistance them grasp their completest prospective (Amanchukwu, Stanley and Ololube, 2015).
STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP IN HEALTHCARE5 In the context of organization, a transformational leader is one who efforts to modify the standards of the company in edict to represent a standard of equality as well as justices while in the process that are emerging with a improved usual of ethical values. Transformational leadership is about the shared decent of a business, it is one of the predictable to carry about organizational change. Their aims are to stimulate the commitments to the apparition and standards of the company (Yahaya and Ebrahim, 2015). In CDC, teams of health care professionals are inspired to achieve the best quality of the patient care irrespective of limiting the situations. The main concept of transformational approach of leadership as popularized by the political sociologist, leadership proficient as well as presidential author- James Macgregor Burns in his influential work leadership written in the year 1978. The transformational leadership happens when one or more individuals that are involved as well as corporate with their manner in order to the leader as well as colleagues to push each other to higher level of the motivation with incentives for greater efficiency (Paparone, 2015). In CDC the women represent majorly 80% of the health care work forces. They are facing a wide range of hazards on the job that include injuries, harmful exposures, sharps to the chemicals with hazardous drugs, stress, violence, latex allergy. Although it was possible to prevent o reduces the workers of such healthcare company from exposures from such hazards, the health care workers continue to experience the injuries as well as illness in the workplace. Moreover, the motivational factors in the company is lacking that create a great impact on the performance of the company at greater level (Abdullah and Balakrishnan, 2016). Transactional leadership Transactional leadership on the other hand is one that is majorly grounded on rewards for the recital. Such leader is explained as one who majorly selects a leader-member exchange
STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP IN HEALTHCARE6 association in which the leader encounters the requirement of the followers in exchange for the conference that are basic expectations (Chaudhry and Javed, 2012). In essence, a transactional leader has a penchant for avoiding risks as well as is able to shape the level of confidence in dependents to permit them to attain such objectives in more effective manner (Kark, Van Dijk and Vashdi, 2018). The transactional leadership construct has three parts Active Management by Exception: It majorly emphases on observing the errands as well as rising issues with modifying such to uphold the recent recital in more effective manner. Contingent rewards: It clarify that what is predictable from the factions as well as what they will obtain if they are able to encounter the expectation Passive: It is one of the avoidant leadership that responds only after the issues become thoughtful as well as frequently evades the decision-making (Rodrigues and Ferreira, 2015). CDC in America faces certain enormous challenges. It was basically organized as public sector Company in which the primary goal of the company is to provide the best possible services related to health care in the western region as well as the republic as a whole. Moreover, due to the complex management in the company, the leader would not able to manage their employees in effective manner that cause the issue of retaining an employees at greater level. Continuous confrontation with unpredictable problems as well as crises the need for quick decisions, professional risks in the health job, rotation of the working hours, high workloads as well as most importantly dealing with the lives of the people were regarded as the main reason for the sensitivity of the company which is not managed by the leader of the company in an effective manner (Schwatka et al., 2018).

STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP IN HEALTHCARE7 Gaps in leadership style of company The leadership style and methods play a vital role in the management of the company. At certain extend there were lag in managing the leadership by the senior management as they are explained in below points: Inflexible working environment for the employees: the major gap that occurs in the company is inflexible working environment. The leader did not able to provide hygiene working environment to the employees that enhance the level of dissatisfaction among the employees that affected the overall performance of the company at greater level. Lack of Motivational Factor: there is lack of motivational factor in the company. The employees were forced to complete the work rather than the willingness of the employees. It enhanced the issue and challenge of retaining the employees in the company that increase the ratio of mobility of employees in the company. Lack of creating coordination: the coordination has a great role in managing the employees in effective manner. The leaders should have the understanding to maintain coordination among the employees. However, the CDC faces such challenges due to gap in the skills of leaders that create lack of coordination among the employees and the employer that enhanced the issue of conflict in the company at greater level. The company did not able to catch the criteria that have been set by them due to lack of coordination among them. Managing the whole management: the leader of the company also faced some challenges in managing their whole management due to their lack in leadership leadership style. The leader of the company did not able to mentor their team that creates the lack of communication in the workplace.
STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP IN HEALTHCARE8 Way to improve There are certain manners through which the company would able to enhance their leadership power to resolve such issues that are faced by the company at greater level. They are explained in below points: The company can provide effective training to the employees as well as can arrange meeting for them to understand the issues and challenges faced by employees in effective manner. The employees can also able to share their issues than made them feel comfortable and motivated towards the company in an effective and efficient manner (Cooper, 2015). They should provide hazardous free environment to the employees that made the employees feel safe and protected in the company and able to concentrate on their work rather than in tension that help the leader to lead the team in more effective manner. They need to arrange motivational training with some relaxation for the employees to made them feel comfortable and also made them feel motivated towards the work. It would help the company to guide the employees to the targeted goal in an effective and efficient manner. The leader needs to focus on the team work and communicate with them to enhance the coordination level among the employees and them (Li et al., 2016). Conclusion From the above analysis it can be concluded that leadership style and approaches are highly and majorly depends on the leadership skills that are adopted by the higher authority. Most of the companies ignore the leadership qualities that create biggest challenge for the company. One of
STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP IN HEALTHCARE9 the leading Healthcare organizations CDC greatly affected from the leadership pattern. There are majorly to type of leadership style such as transformational and transactional. The company has adopted such leadership style in effective manner at certain extent they did ale to manage their company from such approaches. However, they still faced certain challenges that create an issue for the company at greater level. The leader of the company did not able to provide safe environment to their employees and the pressure of work make them feel demotivated towards the company that enhanced the mobility ratio of employees in the company. Moreover, the company also fails in coordinating their employees that created the issue in managing and mentoring the team at greater level. Therefore, the company needs to focus on their strategies and need to adopt various steps to cop up from the challenges that are faced hy the company in an effective manner.

STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP IN HEALTHCARE12 Task 2 In my view the leadership roles had a great impact on the organization. In achieving any mission the role of leader is most important. The leader can manage the work and guide others how to do the work in the easiest manner. In my view the leader role is very complex in navigation and it is the most demanding work. In the industries like healthcare it is required that the staff should been encouraged and the good leader will always encourage his staff. In my analysis the leaders always use his past experience in his leadership in which he has got success. The leaders are always has to balance his responsibilities and must use his experience to increase production of work and profit from the expense of their team satisfaction and culture (Lorinkova and Perry, 2017). The pattern of behavior of the leaders can help in the company’s growth. The lot of cost of the companies can be saved from the good leadership. The leadership in my view does not have helped the company but also the employees and has been guided with a way. The employees feel motivated and do not feel the pressure of work. The leader’s emphasis had been given on the positive company culture and the pressure is included on those “Great Places to work” lists. The effect of leaders can be such that employees realized their job satisfaction and also the inspirational mentors in the same company that can make a huge difference. The employees feel the company as their home and they can make a huge difference in the World. The quality of an influential leader that it always be an example for others and provides the learning to manage the work. The learning for others is that how to manage the complex situation and making decisions in these situations. It helps others in decision making power. The decision making capabilities motivates and feel responsible. The leader shall always give the credit for success to their team and takes failure on himself (Little, Gooty and Williams, 2016).

STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP IN HEALTHCARE13 In the context of healthcare industry my view is the learning one can take the moral values that are the most important aspect of the leader. In my view the others can learn the moral and ethical value from the leaders that is required to be the topmost priority of every person. The other should always learn from the leader’s steps that have been taken to transform the changes that he has made to the company and how these changes had helped the company. The others will learn that how few good steps can make a huge transformation and it will be the best learning for anyone from the leaders. Thus in my view the leaders are the most influential people that can help others in every step of their life as not only in organizational value but also in day to day activities. The growth of a person is only possible if he or she enhance the leadership powers among themselves (Maurer and London, 2018).
