food and beverage sections. The eating occasions will be from morning to night. Nestle

confidences of the customers that they have in the brand image of the organization of Nestle

The organization of Nestle follows various distinctive strengths that helps to keep the
company at the top in their sector. They believe that their greatest strength is the people in
and around the company. They possess an attractive product portfolio in the ever rising
categories with the leading positions in the marketplace. The company is very much capable
of understanding the local consumers and adapt at a rapid pace in order to meet their
preferences. The company focuses on building the nutrition, wellness and health strategy.
Nestle also focuses to provide the healthiest as well as tastiest choices of food and beverages
to the end customers, along with the capture of the opportunities of premiumization. They
constantly engaged in improving the convenience, taste and nutritional qualities of their
products. Nestle also look out to improve the operational efficiency of themselves along with
managing the portfolio, which helps them to gain the competitive edge over its competitors
(Gazzola and Colombo 2015).
