INTRODUCTION
Sustainable management is the management where every organisation plan, monitor and
identify the necessary resources so that organisation can achieve their set objectives and target on
time and in proper manner. The main purpose of strategic management is that they have to
develop strategies according to the changes in business environment so that they can enhance
their productivity and performance of organisation. On the other sustainability refers to that they
have to achieve thieve their objectives so that they can sustain for long time period in industry. In
this report, Astra Zeneca is taken as a base company. It is a multinational pharmaceutical
organisation and headquarter is located in Cambridge, England. In current report of
pharmaceutical AstraZeneca is known for creating and developing the vaccine of Covid- 19
named Oxford-AstraZeneca. Pharmaceutical industry is the industry where many organisation
which can be private or public as they discover, manufacture drugs and medicine. The report tell
that during the current pandemic of Covid-19 has changed the business environment and develop
medicines and vaccine to overcome this situation. The report include PESTLE analysis, Porter's
five forces, SWOT analysis and strategic group analysis and industry life cycle.

AstraZeneca is a British Swedish multinational biotechnology and pharmaceutical
company situated in Cambridge Biomedical campus in England. They offer diversified product
or medicine according to the disease which include oncology, gastrointestinal, respiratory,
cardiovascular, infection and inflammation. They distribute their medicines in different countries
globally. From the current report, revenue earned by AstraZeneca in the year US$5.162 billion
and net income in the year 2020 is US$3.144 million. Currently, there are 76,100 employees
working in the selected pharmaceutical organisation. The mission of AstraZeneca is to focus on
scientific leadership so that they can innovate products. They also focus on employees and
develop some strategies to maintain the business environment. The vision of AstraZeneca is that
to provide solutions so that healthcare industry can prevent and improve health of patients. There
main aim is to provide proper products so that patients can be diagnosis in proper manner during
treatment and post treatment. The value of AstraZeneca is to assess how they can work together
in team and analyse the behaviour so that they achieve their success on time. According to their
value they can easily define, take decision and build a positive work culture. The business
