Strategic management refers to the process of formulating, implementing and evaluating
organisation strategy for achieving the organisation objectives. British Airways which is an
aviation organisation will be included in this study. It is based in London and provide its services
in 183 companies. Furthermore, this assignment will include SWOT analysis of British airways
which is required for the strategic success of an organisation. Swot analysis of British Airways
will be done in order to identify the strength , weakness, opportunity and threats. Moreover, This
study will provide recommendation for British Airways to improve the performance and
